Es un hotel es precioso y está muy bien situado, en pleno centro de Bruselas y a pocos minutos de la Grande Place. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy cómodas. Tiene un hall muy sofisticado y estaba precioso decorado con un árbol de Navidad y otros motivos navideños que le proporcionaban un ambiente muy acogedor. Pero, sin duda, lo más destacable ha sido la amabilidad y la estupenda atención del personal.

Lo que menos me gustó es la poca luz de las habitaciones en que nos alojamos. Había momentos en los que llegaba a ser incluso un poco irritante porque era muy difícil tener luz suficiente para cosas tan simples como arreglarte o buscar algo en la maleta. También me disgustó bastante el hecho de que pidiéramos una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos dieran una habitación con 2 camas. No sé si se debió a que llegamos muy temprano y priorizaron darnos una habitación cuanto antes o si fue un malentendido por nuestra parte (y simplemente no existen habitaciones con camas de matrimonio). En cualquier caso, ninguna de estas 2 cuestiones pesa lo suficiente como para no tener una excelente impresión del hotel y, sobre todo y como ya he comentado anteriormente, de la enorme atención y amabilidad de su personal.

Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, zeer veel variatie en verse producten…en vooral een supermooi uitzicht vanop het penthouse eetzaal. Hotel is pal in het centrum maar zalig stil klassiek rustiek

Niets , alles was prima…

Room was very spacious, very comfortable mattresses, cleanliness excellent. Location was also perfect for us. A particular mention must go to the two doormen/concierge who were on duty for the four days of our stay. Big smile and went the extra mile to help all the guests. Thank you.

Good points first : the room. Is spacious and the air conditioning units works well and quietly. Breakfast in the Rooftop Bar is nice nd it has a lot of choice. The location is very good.

some items in the room show their age and may be in need of refreshing.

Clean, reasonably sized room and clean, spacious bathroom. Varied breakfast options. Fair location, could get crowded due to centricity, but felt quiet from the room. Close enough to walk to destinations and also close to the metro.

If you get up during breakfast to get something else to eat or drink, someone on their shift may think you have finished and cleans up your place, and you will end up looking for a new table.

Great hotel and fantastic location. Nice rooftop for sunset views. Only thing that can make this hotel better is a pool! Staff are friendly and helpful.

The one positive of this hotel was the friendliness of the staff who tried their best to make up for my stay, even giving me an upgraded room. Throughout my stay from the hotel lobby to the rooftop restaurant, the staff were lovely.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I needed to move rooms as my original room clearly had not been serviced in weeks - it was covered in dust and the windows were filthy. However, the cleanliness of my upgraded room was also unacceptable - there was mould all over the hairdryer, hairs in the shower and the daily servicing team did a very half baked job (not removing used coffee pods, milk, sugar etc nor replacing). The free WiFi barely worked and although there was a paid WiFi option that did work, I don't understand how in 2023, with the exorbitant prices this hotel charges, that a guest should be made to pay for WiFi. I've been travelling throughout Belgium (and surrounding countries) for 3 months and have stayed at multiple hotels at the same price point that offer the same facilities and have been so impressed. This NH Hotel has by far been my most disappointing stay. I will unfortunately never be returning and do not recommend this hotel.

Floor of room not clean on arrival. Scaffolding/work going on to exterior/interior of hotel so entrance a bit hard to see hotel under hoardings. No view. Not sure if breakfast was included and forgot to ask! On a very busy street, which I had not realised when booking. Good and bad to that.
