Die Zimmer sind schön, die Betten komfortabel. Das Hotel liegt perfekt im Zentrum.
Frühstück nicht besonders, zuwenig Auswahl, Personal nicht freundlich.

Conveniently located close to train station and Hilton where I was attending a conference. The reception staff was very nice and accommodated my request to be moved to a room with AC right away.
Considering the cost per night, I would have expected a more premium quality facility. The reception to begin with was pretty run down and dated. The rooms also felt quite outdated. The door on my closet was broken i.e. permanently open and unable to close. The first room I was given had a floor fan and not built in AC. All to say that when paying more than 350 euro a night, it’s fair to expect everything to be in tip top shape and for AC to be up and running in all rooms.

The hotel was unable to provide a room with two twin bed room (versus a double bed), so the receptionist told us we were upgraded to a better room with a view and balcony.
Facilities are quite dated, especially the bathroom. Our shower head was leaky and the glass panel next to the shower also had a leak so it was easy to spill water on the floors if not careful. If you select a room with a view, it can be a bit noisy at night. But the hotel did provide earplugs in the room which was helpful.
