We really enjoyed this place so much so we just rebooked

easy to find with a cab

room 5 was accessible without a key (the space between the door jam and the lock were so big we could open the door with a 500 colones coin) people were yelling all night and you could hear the people next door when they went to the toilet. would absolutely not stay again.

We enjoyed the room and the bathrooms. Everything felt clean and cute. The staff were all nice.

The placement was a bit scary arriving at night but in the day it was okay. We only stayed one night so it was fine.

Kind hosts, very helpful. I checked in late and the guy on the reception ordered me some food via uber eats 👌. The hotel was clean, they have a kitchen outside with a fridge

My mattress had the best times already behind it should be changed

Everything is clean and welcoming. We spent 2 nights to go to the vulcano Poas. You can book a tour or go by public buses. The room was good for the two night, nothing fancy but all clean. We liked the little garden where you get breakfast (a lot of fruits, cereals, bread, jam and coffee, tea). It was good for us. Price and performance is good:) it is central to the airport, only 5-10 min by taxi and you can walk to the bus stations

They did not accept credit cards, although it is required when booking. So if I didn’t show up, they would have charged my card. And when I asked for a receipt, they gave unofficial one with any name or address. WHERE IS A HOTEL IN 2023, THAT DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS 🧐

My room had no window but it wasn't too warm . It was ok for 1 night

staff were extremely nice and very helpful

At the time the we’re doing up the courtyard. This did not affect us and it will be beautiful when it is done

The hotel did not open the door. I arrived in the night. They do not have a 24 hour service desk as they claim.

The staff IS very welcoming, the kitchen is correct , and the room IS nice , I like the decoration.

Not as advertised. No credit card machine, no TV no free shuttle to airport, no body spoke English mattress on the bed you could feel every spring. If there was a 0 that would be the rating.
