Residence Leopoldo

Sauber, gut ausgestattet, toller Service

Good facilities. Away from tourist hotspots but still near enough

10.30 AM check out is too early especially for international travelers. They accommodated out request for additional 30mins for check out which was good.

The room was excellent and exceeded our expectations. It felt very modern and recently refurbished, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious, well designed and extremely well equipped, with all the amenities you would expect and more. The cleanliness was also excellent. The cleaning service being included was a great bonus, and the apartment was kept looking very clean and always had a lovely fresh smell whenever we returned. The property is also in a quiet area, while still being very convenient for getting around Florence, with the tram stop just a short walk away.

The only minor negatives were that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, despite Netflix being shown on the remote, so we couldn’t use the streaming services. There was also some noise from the surrounding area that lasted until around midnight, although this wasn’t the property’s fault.

This seemed to be typical Airbnb to me. Functional with all needed amenities (microwave, well-functioning AC, oven, etc) with no frills (swimming pool, sauna etc). Was well equipped and near the Metro. Easy to move around. The master bedroom and bathroom for the unit we selected was a bit limited, but the sitting room was spacious. The second bathroom was also big enough. Was clean enough. The shutters were amazing. Easy to oversleep. Best part, there is a Coop Supermarket nearby, so shopping, drinks and great food all sorted.

A lot of lint on the seats and top shelves.
