The location of this hostel is fantastic! Right across the road from central station, bus stops and the tram. It is also an easy walk to food and shops.
Was a bit noisy on the Monday night with music but you can get ear plugs at the reception so not really an issue.

The location was excellent. Nice gym and sauna. Lots of fridge space
It was enormous, not the easier to meet people as lots of people living there or passing through for a day

The hostel is in a great location, short walk to Central Station. Staff were really friendly and I had no problems during my stay. Would stay here again
The room itself was small but i expected that since its a hostel.

kitchen, gym, and sauna all GREAT to have!
For me, there were too many people at this hostel. I've stayed at probably 100 hostels over the last few years and this one was the busiest and least chill I have ever been at. There were so many people in the lobby, in the kitchen, in the hallways taking phone calls, in the stairways taking phone calls. Just on my floor, there were two girls (10 total) per sink in the bathroom on a few nights all trying to brush our teeth at the same time. There was no space to do a bit of work or chill and rest at any point during the day. Everyone in my room was also loud, even quite late at night.
The kitchen was being used by EVERYONE. I understand that this just happens in a busy hostel, but the kitchen was packed every day at dinner time. It was difficult to find space and work around everyone. There wasn't always room at a table after cooking. Also, the fridges were SO full. Every time I went to go get my food, someone had moved it from where I last put it and it took me so long to find it I had almost given up.
The lifts take really long to come up to any of the high floors. I think this happens because lots of people are taking them between G and 1. When I was in a hurry, I would just use the stairs, but running up 6 flights and down 6 flights wasn't that fast either.
At check-out, I was asked if I took my pillowcase off my pillow to signal that the bed needed to be changed. I wasn't told of this in advance. So, even though I had all my bags on and was trying to get to the airport, I waited for the lift and went back upstairs to take the pillowcase off. When I got back downstairs, the staff said that I needed to bring the pillowcase downstairs with me. Luckily, she let it go and just made a note of which bed I was in.

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im wake up hostel! Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und hilfsbereit, wir wurden eine Nacht sogar auf ein Dreierzimmer upgegraded, damit wir nicht das Zimmer wechseln..."
