Conrad Shanghai is in a very good location. It is practically right next to Nanjing Road, with plenty of things to do and lots of restaurants and dining options nearby. The staff provide excellent and professional service. They are always willing to help and do their best to assist you.

You can tell that the hotel is starting to show its age. The rooms are not particularly large considering the price, and some of the in-room facilities are quite worn out, which can sometimes make the room look a little unclean. If the rooms were renovated, it could once again be a top hotel.

Location My second and last time here Very nice bed

Rude staff Poor food quality and choices While i was in the swimming pool 2 days ago a chinese men came to talk with the lifeguard and put his water in his bottle in the pool!!!!!!! Me and my family were shocked!!!! And the guy watching the pool saw him because was talking to him and didn’t tell anything!!! DISGUSTING. Our room toilet was not working, i needed to call the service man 3 times because water was exiting out of the toilet! We stayed 3 nights and we were 2 adults and one teen and every day they give 2 toothbrush!! Did the pretend my daughter not wash her teeth??? Room nice but dated, our shower had a piece broken.
