Friendly staff and great entertainment team. Children can play, do crafts and other activities with the entertainment team. Nice swimming pool. Decent food.

Rooms are a bit older but clean. The hotel is understaffed, specially pool bar area. Despite the workload, the staff always remained friendly.

We loved it here, on a quiet street with some restaurants and shops. Friendly people, it was very child friendly and they didn’t seem to shut the pool - people were in until late. Very nice hotel

Our shower was fine, but the shower cover was broken meaning our bathroom flooded every time we showered

Rooms are big and mattresses are really great to sleep

The condition of the room was extremely bad. We stayed in their biggest room which is a 3 Bedroom Suite, and they desperately need an upgrade. Stinking toilet, AC leaking and almost non existent wifi in the room, really made us regret booking this hotel during our 6 day stay in Phuket!

It's close to Cafe del Mar which was nice.

The room wasn't tidy, lots of dust and ants, it didn't feel like they were putting much effort towards cleaning. Breakfast was also pretty bad, mainly geared towards indian customers, lacking for all others.

Loved the pool. The room was comfortable and the staff was very courteous.

The lizards. In the entirety of my 2 week stay, I encountered lizards about 5 times in my room. But the staff was superb at helping me out and always came to get them out of the room.

maintenance. the room need some attention. main door doesn’t open easily, air conditioner in the room was not working properly… the streets are dark on your way to the beach at night.

The facilities were good, the rooms were spacious, the pool is a really good size.

The biggest draw back is that there is no lift in this hotel. If your room is on the 3rd or 4th floor, it can be quite tedious walking up an down. The restaurant has very limited options for food.

Unfortunately it was our worst stay in Thailand, I dont know how this Hotel can call themselves Resort, it is 1 star Hotel. I have stayed in Radisson Hotels many-many times, but this Hotel is not Radisson standard, At all.

First thing when we arrived in Hotel, staff welcomed us in Russian, sorry, that was rude. There are more nationality's in the world, than Russia. Most of the information in the Hotel is Russian language. Breakfast - coffe maschines wanted constanlty cleaning and there was huge line to get some coffe, there was only few employees in morning service to clean/help/ etc..It was huge mess i can say. We did not like that every day was same selection, most of the things where finished, they did not have capacity to fill up food. Understaffed. Rooms - where so old and tired, needs some serious renovation. They clean your room only when you ask for it. And then cleaning lady comes at afternoon and you have to leave your room about 5-6pm because they come to clean so late. Most of the days and hours we did not have water in our room, we could not shower, most of the times water was dripping slowly. Our room was in 3.floor. There was shower by the pool area, there was water, I did my showering there, beacuse we where tired of this. 1 day before leaving they offered us new room, but we did not change it anymore as we where leaving. Kids club - was really dirty, smelly, there where some broken toys, and thats it. I dont know why they are open at all. Pool - water was dirty, and i think we got some bacteria from there, because the day of our checkout we started feeling so sick and we had serius stomach issues. And what ever we got, it was infectious because when we got home, our friends got it to.

The pool was great. The staff were generally very helpful and accommodating, however, too many things let us down (see below).

To say we didn’t have the best start to our stay at Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket would be an understatement. We were constantly left disappointed throughout our week stay it just became a bit of a running joke and an exception. We arrived ahead of the 3pm check in so we headed to the restaurant to get some lunch. The restaurant was pretty dead, however, it took over an hour to get our food which all came out at separate times. It was hardly worth the wait as the food was mediocre and the chips tasted rather strange. At around 2.45pm we went back to reception to find that our room still wasn’t ready. Staff seemed to be in a bit of a panic and didn’t put us at ease that it would be ready on time. At about 5 past 3 we were eventually called over and taken to our suite. Our room was situated on the 3rd floor. The first thing we noticed upon entry was that our door was being fixed by one of the staff, in fact the lock was being completely replaced. We thought this a bit odd and it didn’t sit right with us. On further inspection we noticed the air con wasn’t working in the master bedroom. The hotel sent over a few workers to try and fix it but they didn’t manage to. The whole suite was pretty run down, almost like it hadn’t been made available to guests for a long time. Everything was out dated and finished to a poor standard. Later I went to speak to Angelina on reception who was very understanding. I showed her some of the pictures I had taken of the room and she said that we could hopefully move rooms the next day. Luckily we were able to move rooms to the suite just below on the 2nd floor the next morning. The standard of the suite was better, including the finish, quality of furniture (some pieces totally different) and the appearance of a 60 inch TV in the main room, which before had only been a very tired looking 28 inch. There were other incidents throughout our stay which just put us off.
