Hotel La Villarosa Terme

Breakfast was good however, I would expect a wellness oriented hotel to invest more in healthy products such as vegetables (There were only tomatoes and no other vegetables or salad choices) and fish products (Such as Salmon or Tuna)

Cristina " aka" Wonder Woman ! This lady met us, directed our stay , carried our bags up stairs , and all with grace and style . 11 out of 10 rating for her personally . Marco was excellent and managing anything at the front desk we needed .Luca was kind and helpful with bags. Mario was amazing at managing the restaurant area and guests . The whole staff was wonderful. They worked together and helped each other when needed . I don't know all their names but they deserve some credit . The fact that breakfast and dinner were included made this an exceptional value. Delicious and great views from terrace seating. Lunch (aka) snacks were fabulous too...

Bugs and hard beds. Bring some bug spray.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the location was excellent. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with palm trees and other semi-tropical plants creating a lush, relaxing atmosphere. Everything is very well landscaped and maintained. We especially enjoyed the thermal pool, which was a wonderful place to relax. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was very good, with excellent service. Breakfast was outstanding, honestly, one of the best breakfasts we’ve had during our entire trip through Italy. A beautiful and relaxing hotel with wonderful staff, great food, and lovely surroundings. We would definitely recommend it.

The towels for the pool were $5. The bed was very hard and not very comfortable.

The location is perfect

The breakfast is very poor and the same every morning. The stuff is wry stressed and running around. If your lucky you’ll get an espresso before your breakfast is finished The WiFi is terrible. No connection in the rooms. They say that there is in the public area but it doesn’t work either. You need to use your own mobile data.
