We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Guangzhou. The staff were amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made our experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to beautiful gardens and the iconic Canton Tower, making it very convenient for exploring Guangzhou.
Overall, a fantastic experience with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Clean and great location.
Check in was a mess. I had pre warned of a very later arrival, but they had given my room away and tried to down grade me. In sorting this, which took a while, my booking go jumbled up and a few mornings I had to go back to reception, talk it out, back to the breakfast, talk it out and so on...
The set up and the entrance also not impressed. I came at an. Unusual time, but it wasn't staffed and the reception is on the 22nd floor, which isn't clear if nobody is there to explain.

Nice location , beautiful garden in the back of the hotel for someone who loves to walk !
Breakfast : Zero English speaking staff , they can’t understand simple things! Very poor station for western food ! Maybe 5% from all buffet.. Definitely not Hyatt standart. Rooms are very small ! Definitely overpriced !
