The staff were friendly and accommodating, after-hours check-in was no problem and they also shuffled a few vacancies around to make my stay more comfortable (without me asking). The location was great, right next to the train line and the walk into Newtown was shorter than I expected.
There was a bit of noise audible from the room eg. doors opening and closing which sometimes made it hard to settle, but nothing unreasonable or unexpected considering I was in a shared room.

Cathy was very accommodating allowing to check in early as the room was free and allowed to stay in the kitchen area until late. Close proximity and short walk to the train station Stanmore
nothing to complain really
