the housekeeper kept taking our towels and not replacing them. calling down every day to get fresh towels is annoying

Central location and lovely staff. Buffet breakfast was small and ended up eating toast the whole time, but it was nice bread!

If one of the rooms above/beside you leave their bathroom light on it reflects off the wall and shines in the bathroom glass windows and lights up your whole room at night, 3 of 4 nights we had to sleep like this, the staff did go and turn it off the one time we asked as the people were out but they soon came home and left it on all night.

Work was being undertaken so restaurant was closed for entire stay, meaning no restaurant or live music at hotel as expected. also meant loud banding drilling, not the serene stay I was hoping for. Lift smell also not great!

I didn’t like the home service , I had to call almost everyday to get the mugs clean , until the time they told us if we piled like the mugs to b clean we keep it in the toilet

I only stayed one night and enjoyed the property, the staff really were the highlight though. They arranged everything for me to get to Nusa Penida.
