Room was comfortable and bathroom had space in which to place our toiletries. Breakfast area was very nice and breakfast was great. Restaurant is upscale, expensive and good.
Public areas of the hotel could use a refresh - gym is like being in your parent's old basement and the lounge area could be nicer.

The room was very spacious with a large bathroom plus a separate toilet, great for families. There’s a balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the views. Breakfast is wonderful with high quality food and the freshly squeezed juice was delicious. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful which we appreciated, as first time visitors.

The reception staff were excellent, especially Vanessa, who was really helpful and welcoming. The architecture and artworks are exceptional. This is a very nice hotel.
Look, the breakfast was great, but the service was pretty poor really. Slow replacement of food items that were depleted/run out and unfriendly staff (at breakfast).
