Location, staff, breakfast
Location was in town right across from the pedestrian section everything was very close.
The staff was warm and welcoming
Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold selections.
Room price, poor room view and no free parking
The room price as compared to other hotels. While the room was nice and roomy, the view was obstructed. Plus, if you opened the window there was road noise and restaurant cleanup noises.

Amazing location just a short walk to the main gondolas and right in the middle of the town. The hotel had everything i needed. And had a nice free breakfast every morning.
The only complaint I have is the one of the main hotel staff had terrible English which actually caused some stressful moments regarding transportation info as he was unable to communicate with me or understand me when I needed important info. Surprised they’d hire someone who can barely speak or understand English.
