The staff was very professional and hospitable( always greeted with a smile), the hotel was very clean and well kept. Room sizes were very good, interior design was impeccable (both the rooms as well as the Riad), and the breakfast was good, everyrhing served was made at the hotel. The location was very close to the Medina, which is good for people who want to visit the medina often. There were several restaurants in walking distance of the Riad where one could enjoy local as well as continental food. For people travelling without kids, and who want to stay close to the medina, this is a very good option.

The Riad is situated in the walking zone, where a car can't drive to the door. You have to walk through narrow streets with your bags, which is not ideal. The roads where one walks are also a bit run down, which makes it difficult to drag luggage. Nearest parking is also at some distance. This is something that families travelling with kids should take into consideration.

Reda was fantastic, really kind friendly and helpful. Our room was serviced daily which was appreciated. The location is great. Breakfast was made fresh when we came upstairs which was nice too. The mint tea is nice and refreshing . Loved the presentation and lovely smell upon entering the road.

I was a bit disappointed with the pool, the pics are certainly enhanced online. It was quite dirty and very small. Don't think it's cleaned regularly. We had the junior suite, beds are very firm, the 2 singles are very small, one was a bit sloped/sunken. Air-con is not powerful enough for the room. The bar above the shower dropped on my head which was quite painful (I forgot to tell them though)

Everything was wonderful No complain’ The level of service is very high It’s just beautiful

Beautiful and really calm Riad next to Bahia Palace. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Small but nice pool and roof terrace. Would return and recommend.

A bit more light in the whole room. But this is only a small suggestion.
