Pet policy is completely ridiculous
add basic 300 pesos pets fee+ 150 per night per animal.
Even for just one night… so 450 pesos more and they ask 500 pesos for deposit, « dog hair » is a suppose damage to loose your deposit.. i argue with the staff and finally they give me back the deposit for the hair… 🤦🏻♀️

I could not even sleep. I arrived late in the night and the hotel did not have internet neither remote control left for the tv. When i explained i cant operate without internet they could not provide any answers on when the issue would be resolved. They return my money but i was sent to another hotel and pay for the taxi.

Large room and clean bathroom. Staff was friendly.
Location seemed to be within an industrial area and with no restaurants around. Prices for laundry quite high.

Accessing the hotel by car is a little tricky the 1st time you do it! Don't miss that initial turn or it's a 10-15 minute detour to get back.

nothing a part from the shower
it was all dirty, keys didn’t work, air conditioner was so loud, at 6 am carpenters were already working… everything was orribile

the hotel manager sold our room to a baseball team that arrived before us. we found out this at 12:45pm arriving with our kiddos of 1 year and 6 years old.

No towels in the bathroom, ask for it and got very small and thin towels. Bed sheets were also very old and thin. AC gave us sore throat, perhaps a dirty filter due lack of maintenance. A lot of oil workers.

Great Pool on top of hotel with nice view.
Run-down hotel, construction in the hotel starting at ca 8 o'clock in the morning with loud hammering, breakfast was the absolute minimum, dodgy neighbourhood.
Plus the hotel charged extra taxes of additionally 20% of the price I booked via booking.com.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool on the roof has some great views and it's beautiful for sunset. Rooms are basic but clean. Some rooms with a little kitchen are super useful.
You cannot change the temperature on the air conditioning (you have to ask someone at the reception to come and change it for you) - you can only turn it on/off.
