The facilities and the excellent service of the staff from the top management; Pak Wayan is excellent leader, Ari (the Reception from Lebih), Novita and almost all the team; all of them made us feel like being at a family “home”, small token was set in the room was a great surprised, Thank you Pak Wayan for being a great leader and fantastic host for us, the final holiday for us this time but definitely not gonna be our final stay with you. The In Room Dining Order Taker was soo friendly as well, she is just amazing

Menü Mittag und Abend war immer dasselbe und viele Gerichte waren nicht verfügbar Zu wenig Handtücher im Zimmer nicht vergleichbar mit Le Meridien in anderen Ländern Strand ist eine Mülldeponie - schwimmen unmöglich

The location was good, right next to the beach and the famous seafood restaurants of Jimbaran. The rooms were spacious and well equipped.

No indoors activity when it rains.

Penthouse Pool was lovely, room was nice

Penthouse room was a little outdated, need to change shower head, water pressure not strong, the two shower heads should be separated (move apart) and could not figure out shower tap, would be great if both shower heads turned on at same time and water not warm enough. Cracked tiles in toilet floor, with tiny ants. Penthouse pool was lovely, however it’s old and has missing tiles, would of had a great view from pool if palm trees were trimmed down. TV was in wrong location. Very hard to watch TV from bed without getting a sore neck. Need some pictures on the wall!

Personal total freundlich, der pool ist super und der Strand ist auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, essen und Getränke perfekt. Das Zimmer hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. der Strand abschnitt ist sauber und gepflegt. viele fisch Lokale direkt neben dem hotel.

Ich frage mich ob die Dusche jemals geputzt wird, die war leider nicht so ganz sauber, und das duschgel wurde erst am zweiten Tag aufgefüllt auf nachfrage. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht viel auser ein paar kleine supermärkte, also wer zu Fuß unterwegs ist sieht nichts auser hotel und Strand.
