great location, so may restaurants around in walking distance, very friendly and helpful staff. Gave me some ideas where to go for dinner. Especially Emma took care of my problem and helped. Breakfast is good and offers a nice variety. Internetconnection is not the fastest, but works well with 108 Mbps download rate. With Holafly on the mobile got 335 Mbps download rate

The A/C was bit noisy at night.

The aircon is a bit too cold

Hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Ximen with lots of food and shopping options and very near to the MRT station. The rooms are clean, very nice shampoo and body soap. Breakfast is good with a good variety of food options. There’s a coin-operated laundry room with free laundry powder available from the front desk. Rooms have complimentary drinks (including soft drinks) and 2 pineapple cakes. Hotel also provides bulk ordering and delivery service with a famous local confectionery.

There’re very limited facilities that are available. There is a small gym with limited equipment, there are no sheltered drop-off points from the main door (although umbrella rental is available), and no swimming pool. The rooms are rather small too with no windows, and the room rates are pretty steep. The spring mattress beds are pretty hard too.
