It’s clean and room is spacious.
The onsen bath is a bit small.

1. The doorman and counter is good which the luggage sent to the room in advance.
2. The welcome card is so sweet.
3. The hot spring's water flow is good to fill up the bathtub rapidly.
4. The breakfast is various and the service is perfect.
5. The doorman will take care of your luggage and put it in the trunk.
1. I don't see the water cooler on the corridor.
2. The TV's HDMI cable is drop from the machine in the room.
3. I suggest that prepare some bottles of water in the room in advance.
4. Please introduce the elevator could be use for the old or disable person in advance.
5. Put the sign to remind the customers where we should drive to and the parking space.

The facilities, the spacious room with a spa inside, the good breakfast, the swimming pool, and of course, the staff were excellent. They were always cordial and willing to help. I thank them for the wonderful time we had!
The bed was a bit ferm.

Staff were excellent. Looked after well. Nothing was a bother for them.
Great to have a nice, quiet rest of you are planning to take time off from your busy life.
