one of the bedroom was very small and a bad smell was there in the room from toilet. in the picture there was a photo of the swimming pool. Actually a small one was there which is private for the ground floor apartment.

- You have to pay 450€ deposit even for one night - The address was the one for the central apartments and we had to take a taxi to the new address - The staff was 0 flexible for the check out and they started cleaning while we were finishing (we left 10 minutes later than the check out time) - I didn’t have the feeling of a clean apartment I would not recommend this Airbnb

The property manager, Cristina, was always helpful trying to overcome the problems with the apartment and the location was pleasant and convenient.

The pictures describing the apartment are long outdated and do not correspond to the current condition. The apartment is old, with old furniture (don't correspond to the pictures, and it's all heavily used, the TV is an old 10" "flat-screen", the plastic chairs are cracked, the wifi is from the apartment next door, etc.) and in desperate need of renovation. We have complained and asked to leave, and the owner offered us the larger apartment, which we have taken for the rest of the week and was in much better condition. This is a low-cost apartment being rented at a much higher price than it should, with misleading pictures. I was also disappointed at the response from Booking.com, which only wrote to the owner and told me I should find a solution directly with him. Will not rent apartments with Booking.com again.

The cleanliness & interior design of the apartment was great. The house has basic facilities that fulfill the need of short stay.

We were requested for a €400 security deposit which was not informed beforehand. The agent was being slightly harsh and as a result, we had to incur a loss of €50 due to the poor exchange rate from the nearest ATM because we did not expect to have to pay for an exceptional amount of deposit

Size of apartment. Two restrooms with showers. Nice terrace with swimming pool.

Check-in policy: pick up key, after 9PM 30€ charge. Check-out policy: before 8AM 30€ charge. Ridiculous check in and check out charge, If you have late and early plane you are charged 60€. No additional facilities, example broken Hair dryer. A hole in the wooden floor in the middle of hallway hidden by carpet. On one floor above us, there was construcion all day (very noisy). Deposit of 400€ + city tax (2€ pp/night) need to be paid at location (cash), do it directly with booking.com.

It's was a pleasure to stay there. The view it's amazing. The rooms are comfy. The mansard its a good ideea. I like it. I really recommend that apartment.
