Hotelzimmer war Super ausgestattet. Man fühlte sich sehr wohl. Es gab alles, was wir eigentlich bräuchte. personal sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Würde ich gern noch mal diese Unterkunft buchen

Our Favorite Hotel in Central Asia – Hotel Evropa, Bishkek. Hotel Evropa Bishkek stands out as our favorite hotel during our tour of Central Asia. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the complimentary breakfast is excellent. Its central location is another big plus, with shopping malls, restaurants, and major city attractions all within walking distance. Special thanks go to front desk receptionist Nurzhamul and security officer Aziz, who went above and beyond to help us during a medical emergency involving my wife that night. Both were incredibly helpful in arranging an ambulance to take us to the nearest hospital. Nurzhamul was especially thoughtful in helping translate our conversations with the nurses from English to Kyrgyz, as English is not widely spoken in Kyrgyzstan. Thankfully, after our hospital visit, my wife felt much better by the following morning and was able to continue with the rest of our Central Asia tour. We are truly grateful to Nurzhamul and Aziz for their kindness, compassion, and assistance during a stressful and frightening moment. Their actions made a lasting impression on us and made our stay at Hotel Evropa even more memorable. If we ever return to Bishkek, we would definitely choose Hotel Evropa again. We wholeheartedly give the hotel and its wonderful staff five stars! Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and newly furnished. The breakfast was excellent. It exceeded my expectations with a good and substantial spread of savoury and sweet items. From beef stroganoff to cheese pancakes and open-faced sandwiches/bruschettas, the food was tasty. The hotel staff was also helpful.

The room is small and it would not be easy to open a large suitcase. Soundproofing of the rooms can be improved; we encountered some noisy neighbours in the rooms near us. The noisy guests were not the hotel's fault but good soundproofing would help.

The plan is centrally located, courteous staff and place was super clean. I loved the breakfast place which also turns into a cozy dinner place. Food is super delicious and I love my stay.

There was problem with A/C. Staff was prompt and came to fix it but didn't work out. It was not a big deal.
