Smart Hotel Bishkek

Comfortable bed, helpful staff.

The hotel didn't take payment, then chased me for it on Telegram.

Clean, comfortable room with a spacious bathroom in a good location. Breakfast is plentiful and includes a nice view of Bishkek and the mountains. 24/7 grocery store next door is also quite convenient

Credit card terminal was not working, so had to scramble to find and exchange cash

Loved the staff, rooms were comfortable and it’s in a great location in the city. Breakfast was very good with a lot of selection.

The hotel is well located and within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. We were a little concerned after reading some of the Google reviews, particularly comments from guests who said they had been charged a different price from the one shown on Booking.com. To avoid any surprises, we confirmed the price before checking in, and it was indeed the same as the price shown on Booking.com. Breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of options. Another positive point was that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, as we had a night flight. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the convenient location, friendly staff, and flexibility with our luggage.
