Room was wet & damp had to be moved to another room

The room was spacious. Breakfast spread was good but could be better.

The bed was bumpy and not even. Kept sinking in some places. The bathroom lights were too bright especially if someone wanted to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

We had two bookings for 4 adults and 2 kids for a week. Excellent location, good choice of food, good ambiance, enjoyed the stay, the local dance and especially the fire dance was exceptionally brilliant and lots of other activities. Overall a good experience. Check-in and check-out could be better managed. There is one queue for name sake and a number of counters to serve. Sheraton should have a notification for guests to know there is one queue and train staff to respect the queue and serve accordingly.

All the staff at the hotel was very helpful and courteous with the exception of one ”Appy”. I was next in line to be served, Appy completely disregarded the queue and started serving a queue jumper, and on approaching her and informing Appy that I was next in line, she just did not bother to listen and ignored me completely - that was very very disrespectful and rude on her part. In the meantime Walesi the Front Office Manager came and offered to serve me. I did mention to Walesi that the staff needs proper coaching and on-going training on respecting the queue and serving the next in line, also Sheraton to put a notification/sign for that, so the staff in particular and guests are aware and follow that. That will certainly improve guests’ satisfaction rating. Due to Appy incident I would rate 7 out of 10, otherwise I would have certainly rated higher.

Didn't enjoy much activities due to weather adverse

The staff were definitely the highlight of staying at the Sheraton. Nothing was ever too hard and they were always happy to help. Juice boxes at the front desk were an absolute hit with my little one and staff went out of their way to ensure she always had one and gave us extra where possible which made a huge difference for my daughter enjoying her time. It was also my husbands 30th birthday and part baby moon before our second baby, and the staff made us feel very special. Breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible, could not fault it. Best we have ever experienced

Only negative was the bathroom and floors probably needed a more regular clean.

部屋の建物が少し古い気がしますが、その他の施設は綺麗です。 朝食のブュッフェメニューがほぼ毎日同じ。

The hotel is absolutely great! Location, facilities, stores, shows, foods, most of the service and stuffs are friendly and warm, except the some people from the service team. I ordered food and waited for delivery at 8pm. After nearly 40mins a guy told me 5 mins more to wait. Then 10 mins later nothing came and I was told an hour extra to wait for no reason no apology. I was upset and tried to get complaint email with polite manner. Can u imagine the guy was laughing at me through the phone call and I could also hear a lady was laughing at the same time. The duty manager apologised immediately after I complained but unfortunately the one who laughed at me not. I didn’t get any reasonable explanation for the ridiculous laughing. They bought breakfasts for my family but my daughter still felt sad and she said doesn’t like the hotel anymore. This is suck! Shame on the bad stuffs there, they actually ruined the team service and other people’s hardworking. Official apology letter was sent to me couple of days later but meaningless.

The communication of the team. I had asked that do not tidy up the room as it is clean on the second day we arrived, but someone still cleaned. I was told there is a “do not disturb/clean” sign that I can hang on the door. I didn’t see any. I told them I didn’t have the sign and need one. NO ONE gave to me on the last day we left. This is small thing but showed there is a big problem for the team internal communication. Oh, I booked the transport for delivering our luggage from room to the lobby at 9:30am on the day we leave in advance. Luckily I asked a cleaner who was cleaning other room nearby to call the reception again on 9:30am. Apparently the team forgot my appointment again.

Staff are warm and attentive, it’s a beautiful resort, gorgeous location. Breakfast is fabulous and the variety is great, rooms are spacious, clean, bathrooms are large, plenty of bench space, good shower pressure. Beds are like clouds, we travel with our own pillows!!! Bula bus is good value!

Renovations were still happening, lots of scaffolding, painting etc, ask for a room on the top floor otherwise people walking on your head is not fun! we changed rooms with minimum fuss. Adults pool is very shallow, while lovely not a lot of room to swim.

The breakfast was good, had varieties of food. The location was too hot. It was very uncomfortable to peacefully eat in there. Being such a big and lavish hotel, there should be an option to have breakfast and dinner in a Cool Environment

There was a light in one of our rooms in the clothes hanger area that started blinking in the middle of the night and we couldn’t find the switch to turn it off. Don’t have days with only a single type of food. The night we were there only seafood was served therefore we had to go Port Denarau to look for other options.

Such a beautiful place, the staff are so hospitable and caring, always checking in on you. So many great activities to do, the gym was also one of our favorite spots. Definitely will stay here again

This resort is beautiful. From the moment we got there the hospitality, warmth, and care from the staff was amazing and genuine. We travelled with our Nan who is over 80 and the respect and care the Fijian people showed blew us away. The facilities, the food, the Westin Heavenly spa next door it was all perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like. Every request was catered for with gumption.

The only saving grace of this hotel was the lovely Room Service staff member who came in to check up on me and was so friendly and professional. The same cannot be said and nearly every other staff member from the word go from the front desk woman who over charged us and we spent an hour in the open air (37c day) reception area, to the bellboy who kept trying to flirt with my colleague rather than take my luggage to where it needed to be. I ended falling ill due to the heat (I have a heart condition). None of their staff took this seriously (except the Room Service person). Instead on of their staff members came around basically interrogated me for keeping my blinds closed, even after I explained this was due to a cardiac incident I suffered in their reception area after standing in the searing heat for over an hour trying to solve their overcharge. I ended up cancelling my the rest of my stay and flying home. I got an apologetic and professional email from the manager later. But this hardly makes up for what could have been something fatal, combine with an absolute indifference by the staff.

Außer dem Fiji dance (jeden Tag gleich) kein Abendprogramm. Zu wenig Liegen mit Schatten

Hard that most restaurants did first sitting at 6pm when you have kids. 5 or 530 would be so helpful!

WE loved everything! The pool was gorgeous, breakfasts lovely and our dinners were very special. We didn't need to leave the resort as we had everything we needed. Staff are amazing and really looked after us for our 30th wedding anniversary.
