Staff were extremely friendly and very accomodating
The shower pressure in our villa was perfect nice and strong
It's close to Lippo Mall and Discovery Mall the beach is across the road - it's far enough away from traffic so you don't here it

The property was decent but not great, comfortable bed, big shower, but not like the photos
My stay was for 5 nights and on night 2 they said there were technical issues and had to ask me to relocate or get a refund for the remainder of my stay.
