Great location, walking distance to Surrey Park. Could easily walk into to central Invercargill. Quiet.

Clean and newish room

parking a bit tight and unfortunately I arrived in a 32 degree heatwave and without aircon the room was probably 40 degrees!

I didn't like a thing about this place

No air conditioning no fan was a hot night one of is slept on the floor because it was cooler on the floor to start off we thought it would be better to sleep outside. It was like a oven and the staff didn't help no fans nothing had no car ori would of gone and brought a fan so disappointed in this place 😞

Very clean with a comfy bed and helpful staff.
