We had a lovely time in this hotel! Everyone was friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, airport transfer was really helpful and the breakfast was definitely a highlight of our trip.

payment via booking was not done, you had to pay directly to Hotel Verde, that is not ok.

Convenience after late arrival.

Very slow check in. Only customers at reception at the time, but lots of communication with a lady sitting at a table opposite reception before room was allocated ? Room key card then did not open the door, but no apologies offered? They had to send “ security “ to reprogram the door which took another ten minutes . Not ideal after 17 hours of travel. We were allocated a room for disabled guests. Why? I was too frustrated by then to ask for a room change. I don’t like such rooms. Breakfast was very good but overpriced by South African standards.

Superb location for a early flight from CPT. Quality of breakfast, rooms , transfer is good

the shuttle drives once every 30 minutes whilst the hotel is < 5 min drive away. more frequent or upon demand would be nice

Breakfast was very nice, choice of continental or hot food. Bed was so comfortable. Evening meal in the restaurant was tasty and value for money. Nice big bath for a soak after a long flight. Staff were so helpful and very pleasant. Just what we needed after a long flight...no noise from planes...fast Internet

The Hotel Verde ticks all the boxes for an airport hotel. Quick, convenient,free shuttle. Friendly,helpful staff. Comfortable room with an excellent bed and a sunny garden patio to enjoy the breakfast buffet.

The beds were really really comfortable and the request to be in a quiet room away from the elevator was noted and actioned. We had a great sleep before a very long trek to NZ via Singapore. I will definitely book that room again if at all possible. The shuttle was one of our reasons for booking this hotel and it did not disappoint. Infact, I forgot my laptop on the shuttle and the driver delivered it at the next turn around. Thanks once again for a great stay

Very close to the airport. Great value for money. The room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of choice.
