Well insulated rooms for noise particularly being so close to the highway. Nicely appointed room. Close proximity to the airport.

From the minute we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff everywhere! Rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and kitchen\serving staff were also very accommodating.

The location is great. I love the showers.

Parking vehicles outside the apartment with no shaded parking is risk when faced with bad weather conditions.

The room was nice and spacious, well presented and comfortable. Staff at reception were friendly and approachable whenever we needed something. The area around the property felt safe.

Noise was the main problem. On our first night a group with children was staying at the hotel, and they were out at the basketball court in the parking area right next to our room until well past 23:00, then back again at 06:30. We'd just come off a flight and a long day in Johannesburg, so that was a rough start. Reception told us the next morning that group was checking out, which they did, but every night after that we still had noise from other guests. The rooms don't seem to be particularly well sound insulated, so you hear a lot of what goes on around you. There were also water interruptions during our stay, though that's clearly not the hotel's doing.
