Eurostars Lisboa Parque

The room was comfortable.. the bed and pillows we soft and made for a good night sleep. The full size bath tub was an added unexpected bonus. :-) We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The trainee staff member was outstanding.. her knowledge of sights and places to see in Lisbon was and excellent help and she gave us lots of tips on making the most of our stay.

Our most expensive stay in Portugal at $1700 AUD for 3 days, it was slightly disappointing. The room while functional and clean, was slightly tired and the common areas are showing signs of wear with significant stains on the carpets. If you are a light sleeper such as I am you may find the nearby train disrupts your sleep. We chose this property specifically because it advertises that it has parking available… it does not have parking. When I explained to staff that we had specifically booked because of the convenience of having parking onsite the best they could offer was a shrug and the suggestion that we either find street parking or park in the car park next door which I found out is $50EU per day. If it wasnt so late in the day I would have considered cancelling but we were lucky enough to find a parking space on the street but our car was parked in by others when we went to collect it.

Good locatipn close enough to the metro and just 25 min walk to city center. Big rooms, clean and confortable, nice balcony.

A bit more variaty at breakfast would be nice

We liked how close it was to the city Center . We loved the breakfast and the staff working always made sure you were taking care of.

There was no AC working on 3rd floor. We had to changed rooms on day 1 and then after 2 days reported no AC. We were told no maintenance working and no fans. Then on day 3 we were told there was issues. We were not given any options. With 33c weather it was not pleasant.
