Hotel and its location are excellent! Breakfast in the restaurant are very good and include buffet as well as made to order dishes such as avocado toast, eggs and omelets. Dinner menu is very good quality also. The tenth floor bar has a nice view of the city and water. Its lots of fun and a great place to meet fellow travelers along with Portuguese locals. The hotel is in excellent condition compared to many European hotels. It may have had a recent makeover. Our bed was a true American-sized king. The glass of cava served at check in was a nice touch and the desk and wait staff are very good and fun to work with.

The view from our Deluxe Room (Room 201) was of a small courtyard making the room seem dark however the room was nicely done and quite spacious. The room service menu is very limited. The club sandwich we ordered was of adequate quality. There's no fitness center on site or through agreement with a local gym. We missed this feature. The staff member who delivered our room service smelled of cannabis smoke.

The room was very nice and specious, the bed was also very big.

Great location, wonderful, rooftop, bar, exceptional staff. Nice extras, like pastries, and chocolates and wine.

Prices were a little high for breakfast.

The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The location is quiet at night and easily accessed. The breakfast is very good and the rooftop bar has great food and a lovely view. The hotel feels Portuguese, not like a chain and is quite pretty.

I had an excellent room, exactly what I reserved, at the beginning of my trip. But then, on my return, I’d reserved a more expensive and larger room, and was put in the basement with a tiny window high up at the street level. The only other room available was very small with single beds. I did receive a credit for the difference in price which I’m told I will received in a couple months. The front desk staff did their best to make it better but it was really disappointing and not at all what I reaves eight weeks prior.
