All the staff, but especially Navee, Kawshi, & Dilu were absolutely outstanding. The service all around is equivalent to a five star London hotel.
The air-conditioned tent was roomy, and even though we were just a short distance from town, it felt like we were transported to another place and time.
What else to say . . . the food was tasty, the pools were great, and it’s the perfect location to go on safari.
I’m planning on staying here again.
The complimentary wifi in our tent was occasionally patchy, that could have been down to the weather. We just switched to our data plans instead . . . but the hotel could maybe invest in a couple of wifi boosters.

The swimming pool was excellent! Particularly great for young kids as there was a generous shallow end. The pool and everything else was beautifully laid out and the place looked gorgeous. We loved the banana tree walk and easy walk down to the river. Beds were comfortable, safari was excellent and the staff were kind.
I think because it was off season and there weren’t many guests, the ratio of staff to guests was extremely high so the service felt a bit over bearing. It was hard to get any quiet time as a family except in the pool. Sure this wouldn’t be an issue when there were more guests there though!
