Staff, location, building design.

Facilities were good (gym, pool, restaurants), but no sauna and the steam room wasn't really effective at all as it's a hybrid shower. The room felt quite soulless. Light system was extremely annoying in the room where you had to have the main ones on in order to turn on the side lamo by the bed - same issue with the bathroom, all on or none..

Staff at the Breakfast Site forgot Orders multiple times and is not very helpfull at all, Breakfast is not really Anantara Style. Outside Sitting area has very uncomfortable seats you cant relax there in the evening, Staff is smoking near the guests so you have to breath it, reservation service chat dont understands english or is an ai bot - not helpfull at all. staff gave no hints regarding the rooftop bar ( also not in the elevator)

Nothing , I booked twin with breakfast and the gave me king room without breakfast and 10:30 am cards stopped working and they didn’t extend my check out time although I check in at 8 pm
