the windows are not sound proof which was an issue for me as I am a light sleeper you can hear the traffic all night. can’t call room to room directly we have to call our son through the operator all the time which was a bit annoying. valet parking was hard as we can’t park our car we can only park it with valet which was hard as it takes a long time to get the car back. though the staff were so friendly and helpful and smiling all the the time we just felt bad for them specially it was very hot.

Poor hotel facility, and layout.

The locations, staff, facilities and restaurants were wonderful. I would definitely recommend ME.

The property was very modern, clean, and the staff were very polite.

The restaurant for breakfast has not variety options as a five-star hotel. As I stayed in other 5-star hotel during this period, I believe I can be completely say it was the main cons of this hotel. There were constructions going on next to the pool, and the noise was very annoying. I didn’t expected this when you book a room in this high cost. As you were not allowed to do self parking, the valet parking was sometimes slow to prepare you car. There were a lot’s of events taking place at hotel, and this makes vallet parking staff very busy.
