All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with shopping malls and an MRT station within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of choices and a different selection of dishes each day, which was a nice touch. One of the best perks of staying here over the weekend is the Car-Free Sunday event, which takes place right along the main road beside the hotel. You can simply step outside and enjoy the lively atmosphere! Overall, a fantastic experience with a great location, excellent hospitality, and comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again!

The location is very strategically beneficial. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I said I wanted hot chocolate at breakfast but it is not normally provided. The next day the waitress offered hot chocolate to us. Excellent service.

bathroom lighting is very dim, difficult to see your face in the mirror.

The service at reception was amazing, the rooms were very clean and comfortable

The skyroof (restaurant) service was very slow.

Rooms were not up to standard, cramped, and congested. The breakfast was below average and not much of a choice
