A beautifully presented space with a calm atmosphere. A perfect balance against the lively streets of the Madina, you can really relax in the Riad after a fantastic day of soaking up the energy of the city. The food served in the restaurant was delicious and of a high standard and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really aided the overall experience.

Dar Assıya is a little hidden gem, beautifully run by Rhizlan, Mouad and the team. Nothing was too much trouble – whether booking us a restaurant or a hammam – and their wonderful chef conjured up special treats at breakfast each morning for my gluten-free partner. There were lots of extra little touches that we didn't find elsewhere on our trip. A delightful roof terrace, too.

Would have preferred a lighter first floor room but we took the last room available!

Dar Assiya Le Petit was stunning, I had a very large bedroom room (there are only 2) and bathroom, the bed was huge and so comfortable. The Dar was spotlessly clean and so relaxing I wish I had been staying longer to fully appreciate it. I had dinner the evening of my arrival which was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. Abdou the manager was extremely helpful, giving me tips on where to visit, helping me print boarding pass and helping me back after a wander around the medina! The team work very hard to maintain such high standards.

There wasn't anything about the property I didn't like. The only thing that would be helpful, as so much of the Medina is like a maze, would be more signs to direct you to the Dar.

Excellent bespoke breakfast. Fantastic staff. Very helpful and accommodating. The owners went above and beyond in providing a great service. As it was my wife's birthday we were kindly upgraded. This was a very special gesture and were really touched by this. Thank You! Would definitely go again with family and friends.

Please try to keep prices for lunch and evening meal similar or may be just a bit more than local restaurant prices. Guests would be more inclined to utilise the catering at the Riad and benefit from the excellent chefs you have.

This is a peaceful, tranquil oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the medina. It was so beautifully appointed. The team were so friendly and go over and above.

The room, the amenities, the atmosphere inside the Riad is so quiet and still. I was worried because of the place being inside the Medina, it was going to be noisy. But instead it was so relaxing and enjoyable. The staff is wonderful, helpful and very attentive to the details. They answered all my queries professionally and kindly. The cook who made dinner is absolutely fantastic. I’m Moroccan and I know what I’m saying when it comes to food. I can tell she’s so experienced. Her food reminded me of my grandma cooking! I definitely recommend this Riad!!!

Refined, luxurious and brilliantly managed, Dar Assiya is thr best riad you could ever find in Marrakech. We had a lovely stay, the staff was amazing and attentive to all of our needs and really contributed in making our last day in Marocco special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Outstanding doesn’t come close to deceiving what an incredible stay we had at Dar Assiya.Firstly, the staff are amazing, so kind and welcoming. They arranged for a beautiful flower arrangement and cake for our anniversary. The Riad is stunning with huge rooms and a lovely rooftop terrace. we had a 3 course dinner in the hotel which was the best food we had in our week in Marrakesh. I highly recommend this Riad!

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Medina, but secluded enough that it was also very tranquil the moment you stepped into the beautiful courtyard. The quality of the rooms and service was also outstanding.

From the minute I entered the building I knew I'd made the right choice. Quality Accomodation. But what made it special was the staff. The whole team could not have been more helpful.

Great central location, comfortable and lovely riad. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great food, especially dinner!

Came here for our anniversary and the staff decorated our room with flower petals and candles and gave us a cake on our second night. They made us feel like royalty, always ensuring our comfort and with a pot of Moroccan tea always at the ready. We booked a driver with the hotel which was definitely overpriced but we were grateful for the convenience and someone to walk us to our riad. Ghizlan, Mohammad, Mouad and all the rest of the staff far exceeded our expectations and always were a wealth of information.

My only complaint is the location of our room was right off the courtyard which meant that the night of our arrival when we wanted to sleep, we could hear every peep of the loud guests in the courtyard and on the second night when we wanted to call family, hang out and hang out we were too loud for other guests. Either way it was an inconvenience. Also the riad can be challenging to find at night but that is for most riads in Marrakech

Clean, great staff and the property itself was beautiful. All of the team and especially the day and night managers looked after us. They were extremely polite, accommodated breakfast time depending on our plans and gave us advice about our visit and the city. Highly recommended, we were made to feel at home which was great.

Nothing. Note that taxis can’t take you to the front door as it’s in the Medina itself so there is an easy 5 minute walk.

We did not expect such an excellent service! It's just a paradise inside the bustling medina. Really High comfort level. I recommend to contac the hotel in advance to meet you in the city. It is impossible to find the riad on your own, even for experienced travelers)))
