About a 20 minute walk from all of the main attractions in Reykjavik. Tons of bathrooms, you never have to wait for one. The kitchen is really nice, it has a lot of amenities. The lobby is a nice common area to hang out.
The staff is hardly ever around. Even in their posted hours, they are nowhere to be found. The beds are stiff and not super comfortable. The bunks do not have curtains around them, if that’s something you prefer.

The staff were all very accommodating and kind to their guests. They will give you the right information about the city and the surrounding places to visit. Big thanks to Manuel! He was so helpful. Well done and keep up the good work!

The hostel is close from the center city (around 20minutes walk) and is overall clean.
If you are expecting a nice mood in the hostel, you may want to reconsider. There is two common space, the kitchen and the lobby, and they both are nothing but functionnal. Having a bit of background music in the lobby, potentially some games, would go a long way imo.

The staff is non-existent. It’s far from city center. The mattresses are on the floor. If you don’t get what you need (like laundry or any services) before staff leaves at 4pm you’re out of luck.
