Kaya Side

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout, our room was spacious, the food was delicious and of excellent quality, and the staff everywhere were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. The beachfront location and lovely sandy beach made it even more special. A perfect place to relax, unwind and feel truly looked after! ❤️

If I could suggest just two small improvements, they would be better Wi-Fi coverage throughout the hotel, including the rooms and beach, and a wider variety of international music during the evening entertainment. These are only minor suggestions, as we had a wonderful stay and would happily give the hotel top marks overall! 😊

The room was spacious. It's a bit dated, but still clean, everything works, and it's well maintained. The beach and the two pools are very close by. Even though a lot of people "reserve" sun loungers with towels, we could always find a free spot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and nobody was pushy or tried to sell us anything.

The furniture in the common areas (lobby and restaurant) was quite worn, and some of the seating was sagging. That said, I heard the hotel is planning to replace or refurbish it.

Good and tasty foods, except the breakfast. Clean rooms.

Huge lack of staff, especially in the restaurant and on the grounds. It was impossible to find anyone. Very poor choice of drinks and the quality could be better. Big lines at the bars.
