Very friendly staff, the location is perfect! Super close to the city center and there’s a parking slot just one block from the hotel. Also the kitchen is very handy!

Our lamp in the bathroom fell at the first night and although we raise the issue with the reception nothing was done about it. So we stayed without light for half of our stay. I’ve seen a lot of reviews talking about noise and thin walls and it’s true, but luckily it wasn’t a problem for us!

Nice little studio with enough space for both of us. The batroom and kitchen were clean and even had soap and (dish)towels. The building was generally very quiet and the reception staff was friendly and helpful. The city center with all the shops, restaurants and old buildings is only a few minutes away.

Sometimes there was a lot of noise very early in the morning, probably deliveries to the nearby shops. This is simply a consequence of staying in the city center and not the fault of the hotel. They installed good windows to reduce a lot of the noise.

The location was super, the equipment was great. It could be perhaps noted that the coffee machine is nespresso, just to be prepared since there were no capsules.

It was quite noisy starting early in the morning, it seemed that the cleaning staff started their job immediately after the other guests left their rooms early in the morning (at 7:30) which is really strange.

It's quite a noisy hotel. You can hear doors closing, even on the floors above and below.

No 24 hour reception but the remote access system worked ok so our later arrival didn’t stop us getting into our rooms

Awesome apartments and really close to city center and main attractions. There are restaurants and tram stations nearby so it is easy to get there from the main station.

The system for opening the main door doesn't work properly with the card (alternative through internet connection) and it can be an issue for people without proper internet connection.

The room is spacious and the hotel is in a very central location.

The walls are extremely thin and we could hear everything next door. It's pretty bad when the people next door are loud at 3 am.

Location is great. Room is very spacy and clean. I can only recommend this hotel 🙂

Only microwave wasn't working, but we used stove, so no problem at all.

Near tram station and around 10 mins walk to cathedral The room is fairly spare for one person and everything you need is included

No soundproofing at all. I can hear almost every outside of the room, it's very annoying.

Reasonably prized, Good location, and room was reasonably sized. The small kitchenette allows for cooking (didn't check for utilities or pans and pots). Even though check in at the latest is at 8 pm, you can check in digitally and receive a code to pickup your key card (similarly you can check out online and deposit your key card).

There was a small kitchenette, but the glass of the induction hob was broken. (even if things can break it would be nice to block the breakage off, signalling that the breakage is known. There was quite some mould on the bathroom ceiling. A lot of stains on the walls from millions of squashed mosquitos / peeling off paint. It seems as if cleaning consists of a fixed program but in depth cleaning like walls or ceilings never happens. Overall the room was definitely up for a fresh coat of paint.

technology is very good because you can unlock door on phone you dont need the staff anymore and you can checking whenever you want, also the price is very good for the room i got.

the room was very large and comfortable with facilities to make a basic meal. we had side by side twin beds and they were great.

The noise! Internal noise from other guests from voices and doors. Worse still was the street noise: drunks and bin trucks. woken repeatedly. Such a shame as the beds were very comfi.

location, close to centre. simple accommodation for a few nights maximum. clean and comfortable. bathroom was clean.

too hot even without heating on. Noisy street and windows don’t soften noise. lighting in stairwell doesn’t work on all levels. fridge noice at night also interrupts sleep.

Clean and comfortable, easily accessible with great communication, would definitely stay here again.

Would have been nice to have coffee available, I think we were beside the cleaners room which can be noisy early in the morning but wasn't an issue really.
