Room had a bad smell about it as previous guests had dried clothes in room. Thin walls so could hear other guests. Old nasty beds. Was more like a youth hostel than a hotel. At over $500 per night, was disappointing

Room was warm, location serene - lovely open areas for kids to run around if you are staying during the day. Kitchen was fine - had a microwave, sink, plates, cutlery. Bathroom clean TV nice and large.

In the Resort lodge with share bathroom. There was a horrible loud noise everytime the gents bathroom light was switched on. I received an offer to extend my stay for only 50% of the tariff. They deducted the extra fee without me approving this. I had to make several phone calls to reverse this deduction - which they did. The share bathroom only has one hand basin - within the toilet cubicle.

The beds are comfortable, the sheets were clean, the bedroom was heated.

The place is 15 min from Jindabyne, the restaurant was shut down due to covid, but it was not mentioned at any time. we had no food to eat when we got there at night and had to drive to Jindabyne. On the way, we nearly hit a kangaroo. There was a KFC takeaway in the fridge left by the last people in the room.

It was way over priced for what it was .. false advertising room .. not a studio apartment.. very old and basic .. worth half the price

Location is great. Room was big enough.

Blankets on bed were dirty stained on them. Beds really need a better pillow or 2 on each bed. Room became very hot and I couldn’t turn the heating down or off so we had to sleep with window open. It really just needs a cheap refresh which would make so much of a difference to guests.
