The beds are really comfy, I stayed in 3 different rooms, one was really mouldy and twin beds. First was a sweet great room but too big, the last room ground floor also mouldy but after leaning the AC on I couldn't smell it as much. Their English is not so good so I couldn't be bothered complaining. DO NOT GET A GROUND FLOOR ROOM ALL ARE MOULDY you can smell it, they try to hide it with disinfectant. did my rounds ask for second or third floor. It's very close to everything, Including the Samui night markets The boxing stadium Street food, messages and entertainment On the ocean, pool is nice. Tv had Netflix The bathtub was great,

The mouldy rooms, clean but smelly First it was pool staff even tho they take a deposit you can't bill the room 'pay now, pay now". Not very nice. Everything I asked I was met with " can not " ?? Who carries money in your bathers?? Why did they take a 1000 baht deposit? Ú So this is a huge RED flag for me after all if they can accommodate them client in a hotel leave. Wouldn't give me an iron they wanted me to pay house cleaning to iron my pants?? I'm not hard to please. But some of the staff in particular the restaurant manager was extremely anal, the first time I thought it was because she was having a bad day, when it happened the second time I checked out! With 3 days remaining in my stay forcing me to find a new hotel. The senior management offered me a better room. But I would still have to see this woman every morning to ruin my day. And deal with the pool staff. Imagine the waiter taking away your food whilst your eating because it was after 10 "breakfast over you go now". Lol who does that. I jumped in the ocean because it's like 35° no AC in the dining area, I come back my desert was gone, they saw me go into the ocean left all my stuff there, they didn't ask, just took, when I complained instead of apologising and getting me a new bowl of fruit and yogurt, the manger starts blaming me for taking my food to another table and not eating fast enough. The staff will just stand around all day like they normally do, I don't understand the problem. Their only job is to serve the people and keep them happy so they don't want to leave the hotel.

Need at least 2 people at all times who speak English… No iron, no room service, you have to carry your money with you because everything is COD even tho you give a deposit.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Vor dem Hotel tobt das Leben. In der Anlage selbst merkt man nicht, dass man mitten drin ist. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Am Abend kann man am Strand wunderbare Strandbars aufsuchen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das Personal. Es ist so zuvorkommend und freundlich. Eigentlich verdient dieses Hotel einen Stern mehr.

Lage, Pool, Restaurant, Strandnah, direkt im Zentrum, Personal Mittags kann man am Pool mit chilliger Musik liegen und Drinks trinken. Strandabschnitt nicht groß, da fast direkt am Wasser und auch keine Liegen. Ist auch an einer Bucht, also kein direktes Meer. Man kann aber ein paar Meter weiter gehen... Direkt im Zentrum, aber kein Lärm von der Straße oder Clubs.

Fluglärm ist wirklich laut, störte mich allerdings nur morgens ab 6.00uhr.. tagsüber nicht so schlimm. Je nachdem wo das Zimmer ist auch Nachts, Lärm durch Tiere von außen, da die Türen sehr hellhörig sind.

Very good location next to main road on which you can find lots of restaurants, taxis etc.

Very, very, very bad sound isolation between rooms. You can hear every single noise, whats happening in other room our outside on the terraces. Was not able to sleep normally because of this fact that some loud background noises was disturbing me. As well worth to remind other guests that after 11PM should be quiet time not party time in their hotel rooms till 3-4am. Very disappointed about this fact!

Central location but limited street noise. Spacious well furnished bedrooms, with nice balcony, nice pool area with direct beach access, close to bars & restaurants

Not enough sun beds, no evening bar or restaurant in the hotel, flights were overhead & noisy(but not too frequent), mostly quiet but we had noisy neighbours & rooms not very sound insulated. Air conditioning broke twice but was immediately fixed

Fantastic location, steps away from beach, bars/restaurants/shopping. Nice pool. Bed is comfy and not hard. Average breakfast buffet. Egg station, mix of Asian and continental foods.Many services available at hotel reception such as laundry, taxi, tours etc. Morning birds sounds are pretty magical :D

Walls are very thin and all sorts of things can be heard. No views. No elevator but they do have ground floor rooms.The hotel beach restaurant closed at 8p on Weekdays. Worst thing about this location is the airplanes going by all day/night. VERY LOUD! If you're outdoors it's not so bad but they fly right above the resort and start at around 630am and go to about 9pm. They run around every hour or so. Any place within this location will be the same.
