A really nice property. Great location can be on the noisy side. It didn’t worry me. Air conditioning was great bed was very cozy.

Nice pool/beach area, good central location, helpful staff, nice restaurant.
Many guests reserve sunbeds already in the morning with towels and don‘t show up most of the day. Some evenings the music from the neighbouring beach club was quite loud.

The access to the associated resort's facilities, the monkey pool was the best part. The location was excellent just by the main strip and with beach access, the resort had 2 very enjoyable pools, bars restaurants very convenient if you just wanted to stay there. The bathroom was very modernized and had a separation glass for the shower (not a given in Thailand)
We were assigned to the third floor of the main budget building, and there was no lift, as we were coming and going from the room several times a day, it became quite inconvenient. They could use welcome mats or a thicker feet towel for the entry to the room as it's very easy to drag in sand from the beach.

The mattress was stiff and cheap, no slippers in the room.

"Man konnte alle Facilities des benachbarten Resorts nutzen und hatte eine super zentrale Lage mitten drin im Geschehen. Trotzdem war es nachts nicht laut im Zimmer."
