Close to everything. Good place to stay if you’ve got a show in the valley. Complimentary snacks and drinks . Front desk guy was super nice and friendly. ( this is lacking in most establishments these days, so keep that guy on the front desk)
No view really but it’s smushed into around a lot of other buildings so didn’t expect much. Parking is a bit pricey and I feel like it should be included or half the price.

Location great
Felt dated, balcony and windows are dirty, reception and rooms smell a bit like damp air conditioning, strange electrical plugs tucked under desk, skuff marks on the walls, coffee table and chairs on the balcony would be a nice touch.
