The location was close to the event I had travelled to attend and it seemed to be well known to drivers, dash door delivery people and others, so that was good. The apartment itself was clean, roomy and had wonderful views. The shower was very nice and having a little work area was very helpful.
The oven in the apartment didn't work and the air conditioning did not extend into the bedroom (even though there was a vent), which made sleeping on the first night a bit more uncomfortable. Also using the guest wi-fi meant that the reception was not consistent. Most of the time in the bedroom or on the balcony, I had no access to wi-fi in either my phone or laptop.

Great room

There was absolutely No cleaning in the hallways on the floors for the duration of our 6 days stay. A dirty nappy was left outside one of the rooms on the 10th floor for the duration of our stay. The hallways did not have any bins to throw any rubbish away. They had an odd odour. The reception working hours would be great if were extended.

I liked the communication with staff and location
There were cockroaches in the kitchen crawling around during the whole time of our stay and the bathroom sink water wouldn’t go down until you put your hand in the soapy water and hold up this plug thing.
