Had a wonderful stay at Pik Palace! Everything was excellent. The furniture was modern, new, and beautifully maintained, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Access to the spa from the rooms was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was really good, especially considering the hotel's remote mountain location and the logistical challenges of maintaining a high-quality kitchen in such an environment. The highlight, however, was the spectacular outdoor pool, especially when the clouds rolled over the surrounding mountains. It was truly a breathtaking experience. Highly recommended!

The property and location is good

The staff is not at all cooperative and food options for vegetarian is absolutely nothing despite so many Indians visiting the property. The food served is extremely stale and old.
