My Hotel Yerevan

sehr gutes Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es liegt in einem Innenhof, somit nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, also sehr ruhig. das Frühstück war für mich nicht optimal, leider nur Instant Kaffee.

bis auf das Frühstück war alles super, wie ich es erhofft hatte.

We appreciated that the room was spacious, clean, and bright, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. Although the furnishings were basic, everything was functional and comfortable. The property is set in a quiet, shaded courtyard, making it peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was simple but tasty and satisfying.

The property is about a 15-minute walk from the city center. The air conditioner and refrigerator were somewhat noisy.

Small hotel, no elevator; nice reception stuff, yet most not speaking English; very comfortable big double bed, but sofa for the kid to sleep on was not usable, very uncomfortable, the room really offers only 1 large double bed; no balcony, there is a nice small terrasse in the back of the hotel, but you need to go down to -1 level to use it

Positive: The reception people were super nice and polite. The Wifi was excellent. The check-in process was very fast and useful. The linen and the big bed were really comforting. The room's cleanliness was good enough.

The room was different from those advertised on the website, the entry especially was really disappointing. The check-in process was very nice and appreciable. The lighting was too poor. the light stand was broken and wasn't enough. The bathroom floor didn't have a drain so we had to dry the floor every time we took a shower. The paper supply finished soon and wasn't replaced (we bought it ourselves). The washing machine didn't have detergent. The room had no ventilation and opening the window would let all the street noise inside. Negative: The bed provided for the third passenger wasn't comfortable at all, and supplied mattress wasn't helping so we folded it out and slept on the ground.
