We had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse. It was really cozy and full of character, with a beautiful view from our room. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect for exploring the lovely town of Selkirk. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

The breakfast was top class, as was the location with plenty of parking, it had one of the best showers I have come across lately.
ticked all my boxes so nothing I disliked.

Excellent breakfast, great gluten free options and tasty gf toast!! Lovely period features throughout!
Bed in the accessibility room is a little firm for personal preference, only one bedside/lamp and accessible shower could do with hand held shower head. Apart from that great stay

I was upgraded for a single room to the four poster bed suite, due to an issue with the shower in the original room. The room is huge with large windows and an adequate ensuite! fantastic breakfast included in the price of the room!
