The apartment is conveniently located in a quiet residential area with restaurants and shops nearby. Available street parking is pretty much non-existent. The Riva is an easy 10 minute walk away. The bathroom has an excellent shower and the bed is comfortable. A washer is located in the front hall. It was filled with wet laundry that the host did not bother to remove for the 4 days we were there. The apartment is very difficult to find as is the key lock box. I was fortunate that I was able to speak to the host on the phone upon arrival and she guided us in off the street. Otherwise we never would have found the place. Also, without her on the phone, we would never been able open the key lock box.

The refrigerator was filthy. The lack of clear instructions as to location and lock box code are problematic. Also, the laundry was still left outside on drying racks when we arrived and we had to make up the bed ourselves, again without instructions to that effect.

The location was nice easy walking distance to old town as well as the beaches. It was quiet ay night and bright and cheerful during the days. A park with play equipment for kids was just across the street and the outdoor deck was perfect for coffee in the morning. We were also able to use the kitchen to prepare meals.

All was well.

The location was excellent! Walking distance to the ferry and the Lolas restaurant right downstairs was AMAZING. We visited twice. Super easy to get the keys. There were even a bunch of guys renting the room beneath ours and they were partying but we couldn't hear a thing. Overall, very basic and was exactly what we needed!

It wasn't stocked with toilet paper BUT I sent a note to the host and they showed up first thing the next morning with more and offered us a much later check-out for the inconvenience!

The location was perfect! Just a few minutes walk from everything and not in the middle of very busy area. When we found a problem, the staff came right away to help resolve the issue.

It was tricky to find the front door since you need to go through the gate first. Thankfully there was a nice family renting the bottom floor who was eating dinner outside when we arrived and were able to help us.

We enjoyed staying at this apartment as it was cleanly maintained and very conveniently located. It's within walking distance from bustling Riva street (10-15 mins walk) and the port, so if you have to be an early bird for island tours and get to the meeting point by 7 am, there's absolutely no hassle as it's very close by. There are 2 well-rated restaurants right next to the premise, but there wasn't much noise so we all had good night's sleep as well. We didn't really get to see the hosts (Sara/Marija) but they answered all questions within 1-5 mins time so we didn't experience any inconvenience during our stay. And before check in, they left the keycards in the lockbox safely secured with code, so check in process went quite smoothly and we thought it was clever as some guests would prefer contactless check in during this pandemic.

The only downside was that there was a broken bedside lamp in one of the rooms, and they didn't have enough time to fix as it's high season? but it didn't really matter as I never needed extra light in the bedroom.

It was ideal for our one night stay in Split

Really cute apartment right outside the city center and incredibly convenient. Cute little street of restaurants right outside the front gate and with a short and pleasant 6 minute stroll we were at a beautiful restaurant right in the heart of the old city. We really loved the apartment and wish we could have stayed longer.

Really nice, cozy apartment with everything we needed for our stay in Split. It has perfect location - few minutes to the nice open Green market where we bought fresh fruits and vegetables every day. There are also other shops nearby and some cafes and restaurants just around the corner. The old town and main attractions are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, fully equipped and very comfortable.  Ivana was really friendly and communication with her was easy and fast. She showed us the apartment and gave us detailed information about the parking options (she was even there in advance to check for free space). She came very quickly the only time when we needed her extra assistance.  There is free parking area in front of the house but you don't have private parking space. Anyway we were lucky enough to wait for one spot to be free after making few circles with the car in the area. ;)  Beside this parking option there are also paid private parking and public paid parking spaces very close to the house which are good alternatives for this central part of the city. We can highly recommend the apartment Sun&Sea and would definitely stay there if we come again to Split. :)

The location is amazing!!Very close to Bacvice beach (6-7 min walking) and the same distance the old town centre. Very nice area,safe and popular at the same time!

It was perfect location near the city and the beach. The property had all modern amenities but was also full of character and charm, very clean and everything new and beautiful. The balcony was lovely and Milva the host was great, such a nice man and so accommodating with bookings.

I liked everything

Nice apartment. Very clean. Very easy to communicate with the host. Very nice that it has two bedrooms and real beds in the second bedrooms. Our adult daugther enjoyed a good bed in her own room.
