The location is incredible for exploring Split on foot. EAch bedroom is like its own little hotel suite and spacious and comfortable after a day walking around the city.
The bathroom situation was....weird. The pictures make it look like there are two separate bathrooms, but it is a single room with two shower stalls and two toilet stalls more like a dorm or hostel. This made it incredibly awkward when traveling with our elderly parents, and they were clearly uncomfortable.

Good location
Disappointed about the bathrooms. One shower head was not working. Mary offered to come fix it but these things need to be checked while turning over the apartment. Basic things like paper towel were not there.

Location was perfect, easy to reach popular places on foot. Rooms are large and cozy. Supermarket is next to the apartment, bars and restorants are near by. Place is quiet. Hosts were very good and helpful. Let us keep our luggage even we came much earlier than expected.
Bathrooms are small and not comfortable. Lack of cutlery in the kitchen. There was only 3 teaspoons on 6 persons.
