the property has a very homely feel, highly reccomend this stay!! it’s a lovely change from a hotel you feel very amongst the split locals. the apartment was very comfortable and we wish we had stayed a bit longer :)

Was a nice apartment in an interesting location.
Only downside is that being a stone encased apartment it’s a bit on the cold side. Other than that, excellent.

Nice apartment and location.
Noisy construction site 10 metres away which starts at 7.30 am. Staff did not respond to my message asking for an alternative. The automatic upgrade on booking website also encouraged me to book. There is no mention of the construction site on the property descriotion

very clean and nicely decorated. Well equipped
There was nothing I did not like. It was a little further away than I had thought when I booked, but this was not a problem and was in easy walking distance of Split Riva, buses, trains and ferry.

Location is superb, near center, 5 min walk. Grocery store and bakery are nearby. Very clean apartment.
We stayed in February so the heating from air condition was not sufficient. We had a need for an iron that we couldn't find in the apartment. Bed size is good but the comfort is so so, pillows could be much better.

1. The neighbours were very loud until 12AM, the wall is extremely thin so I could basically hear all the conversation they had. They kept coming downstairs and upstairs and that was pretty loud too.
2. Hot water ran out during the middle of my shower in the morning, I called the host at 8 AM and she hanged me up. (This pissed me off the most) so I left a message via booking, got no answer. I kept calling her for other 3 times, never got picked up. According to other guest's review, I am not the only one who had this problem.
At 10 AM (the allowed latest check out time) I called her and she immediately picked up the phone asked me to leave the key on the table.

Beautiful quiet and impeccably clean. Nice, spacious, lovely decor, and easy walking distance for all of central and old town Split (Riva waterfront, Diocletian's palace, etc)

The apartment’s owner didn’t meet us near the apartment. And didn’t reply to message, how we can found and open the apart.
I couldn’t get a hold to her. It was don’t comfortable at 9 PM in the dark. (I was little bit afraid😔)

So, I recommend to connect an owner in advance.

Nice comfy studio for 2 persons! Good bathroom, good bed, close to the City Centre and the beache are good to reach by public transport. And the owner is really Nice and helpful!
Its a little bit noisy. You can hear the appartment above the appartment really good.

The owner did not respond to any our questions via Booking so we had to call his personal number. We gave notice of arrival but we had to wait anyway before entering the flat. The studio was so miniscule that describing it as claustrophobic is the best I can do. The noise from the neighbours upstairs and to both sides of the walls was very annoying and disturbing while the air conditioning was also very noisy so we had to keep it turned off and suffer the heath. The other rooms seem better but the studio is a massive NO from us.

Location was perfect short walk to the sea and old town good supermarkets near. Great bed good aircon. Quite but yet close to every thing.

There was a small kitchenette with a some kitchen items to use, a fridge, drinkware, but the table to sit and eat was hard to use. The chairs were so close to the wall that it was difficult to actually sit at the table and eat. The AC and wifi worked. The location was a good spot, but quite hard to find the actual unit.
I spent a lot of time searching for the unit - every time I left. It would have been helpful to have some instructions (other than just an address) from the host. I'm a little irritated that there is a "per night" cleaning fee when no one ever came back to the apartment to check in to see if I needed towels, etc..., so there was certainly no daily cleaning. The bathroom is small as are many places in Europe BUT the toilet is SO close to the wall that you literally touch the wall when you sit on the toilet. That was a little odd.

Marco was an awesome host. He answering fast and can give you advice about the city. Apartments were clean with all what ever you need for comfort life . Dishwasher, dryer, washing machine. When we arrived here was a juice in refrigerator. Also I have to say, that place is near all local sights , cafes , markets and bus station

The studio is located in a very quiet neighborhood which is around a 5 minute walk away from the Riva - the main pedestrian zone at the seafront of Split.
Beautifully furnished and very cozy place to stay :) would definitely recommend for solo travelers or couples.
There was nothing bad to say about the place :)
