The apartment was central enough to the Riva and Diocletians Palace and the ferry port by foot
The apartment is in a little side street and it felt a little unsafe. Also the amount of stairs to climb was an issue especially carrying suitcases. I was also disappointed with the tiny balcony, it looks better in the picture than real life :(

Great location and views of split
There is no elevator and there’s only one air conditioning unit for the whole apartment, so it doesn’t cool down any of the rooms on a hot day

Excellent location. Fantastic view being on the top floor.
There is only one air conditioner which didn’t work very well in the bedroom. It really needs some fans or more air conditioning in other rooms. There’s no lift and it was hard for us walking up to the top floor especially with our luggage.

1. Very good location. 5 minute walk from the port, Bacvice beach and Riva avenue (where the Diocletian's palace is).
2. The house was tidy and it seems that the owners tey to get good care of it.
3. Indeed it has a seaview.
4. The instructions file for all the appliances in the house is very useful.
1. No Elevator. I had to up and down the baby's stroller - twice per day.
2. The house wasn't that clean.
3. The door was not locking and It was very frustrating every time.
4. The air-conditioning system was noisy.
