定宿確定！

フロントスタッフの接客全般に安心と信頼を感じました。今回の旅行では自前のスノーボードを使用していたので、発送できる場所を探していました。ダメ元でフロントスタッフに聞いてみたところ、ホテルから送れるとのことで快諾いただき、手続きを行なったのですが、迅速に対応していただいて、本当に気持ちの良い接客対応でした。

Hotel is clean, free drink and snacks. Staff are helpful and patient and location is convenient.

The road is uneven for wheelchairs.

Our stay in Hotel WBF was awesome. Will surely recommend to friends.

Hotel WBF was a family-friendly hotel with tourist -friendly staff. The location was a 10!!!!- very near to the restaurants, shops and everything else.

Great location close to the fish market, Odori park, and Sapporo night life.

It was in an amazing location. The lounge amenities were very nice. The parking staff were very helpful.

The bathroom was very outdated - the tub had a large air bubble in the bottom that was strange to stand on.

A Perfect Stay!

The check in staff were friendly and the gentleman who checked me in spoke English. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. They provided umbrellas when it rained, free drinks and snacks in the lobby after 4, free miso soup, coffee and select shampoo and bath salts to take to our room. The room was small but comfortable and clean. English movies on demand. The breakfast for child was appreciated and the adult breakfast was yummy and substantial. The hotel is located in central downtown area where you can walk easily to popular attractions. I would stay again

The service in the hotel was exceptional

There was no option for the breakfast as a lot of people prefer continental breakfast and do not eat rice or fish. Shower caps required in the bathrooms.

Fantastic Location. Good Accomodation.

The location was fantastic, right next to Odori station, Nijo market, Tanukikoji and a short walk from Susukino. Almost everything you could ever need. Room met my expectations, and there were even some free refreshments downstairs for your consumption.

Can’t believe the room has 29m as described. Stayed numerous 3* hotel in Japan, first time experienced smelly bathroom

Very good

Helpful staffs and very well communicate in English

Only heater provided during our stay even weather is not cold, so need to open window which noisy from outside.

Exceptional

The location was good. There's also a lounge from 4PM to 11PM with some small snacks and drinks (for free!) There's also a coffee machine that you can access the whole day (I think from 6am??) The staff were also nice. You can also ask to change to another shampoo or conditioner that is available in the front desk.

The breakfast is a bento that you will take from the front desk every morning and eat at your room (maybe because of covid.) The bento was really nice, except that it's the same set every other day and so after some days I got a bit tired of it.

The internet connection is very slow. When I was there the speed of the internet just 12 Kbps. It feels like not in Japan. I hope Hotel management can increase the internet speed,

Good

It was a very typical Japanese business hotel. The rooms were bigger than the usual business hotel. Overall, this hotel was a great value in an excellent downtown location.

Fantastic!

Very conveniently located with a lot of great places to eat. Located in the center of the city yet you can still enjoy morning stroll.

I wish there were some shelves in the room so that it would have been easier to organize our stuff.

Good

There are free coffee, candy and miso soup at the reception. The pillow is also comfortable.

The room is smaller than my expectation. Lighting is not enough for me to read books.

Lovely hotel

I loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, I made a mistake and booked for just myself instead of two people, but they were very understanding and helped me solve the issue with no problems at all. I was very thankful for that! The room itself was very clean and pretty, we got the highest floor and the view was opposite Sapporo tower. I'd definitely stay here again when I go back to Hokkaido!

The king size bed is actually just two mattresses put together, but the mattress itself is quite huge so it shouldn't be a problem.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. One if the counter staff spoke very good English. Location is very convenient. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Comfortable, good price, excellent location, helpful staff.

Guests get one hour of free drinking, including draft beer and other spirits. Worth 1500 yen or more at bar prices. Lounge area is open from 4 PM for guests. I had a business meeting there and it was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful (and cute!) Beds are comfortable and the pillows are good (often not good in Japan hotels) Free coffee machine in lobby from 6, AM. Breakfast was amazing Japanese style served by a sweet Granny. Conveyor belt style vertical car parking, 1200 yen. 5 minute walk to Odori park, TV tower.

The hotel seems new and nice, the area between the elevator and the restaurant needs a little brightening up. The little hallway seems like a 1 star hotel compared to the rest of the place.

I enjoyed it, Very relaxing and comfortable. I hope to stay again sometime.

Breakfast great. Traditional Japanese food, many varieties in small quantities on my own tray brought to my table by the staff. Love the coffee machine. The free bar for signing up was excellent.

The hotel looks very nice everywhere except the area between the elevator and the restaurant. The lighting and signage is bad and it just looks like a 1 star hotel in the small area.
