We've been coming down for the week of Thanksgiving for the last few years. Stayed at multiple condos. None are as lovely and well kept as this one. This was our second time staying at Bob and Ginny's beautiful condo and this will be the one we choose going forward as long as its available. They are such great hosts and their place is so cozy and clean. They are easy to communicate with and just such great people. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us.

Cant say enough how amazing the location and cleaniness of the place was! The owners were great throughout and i had no issues whatsoever during our stay. HIGHLY recommended!

We will definitely be returning to this place again. The sunset off the balcony is amazing and everything is comfortable inside. Only thing I would say is better pots and pans would’ve been nice but we were very very happy with everything.

Everything went very well. One minor problem which was our fault, but received a quick response from Ginny.

Beautiful condo & terrific owners! Checked on us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything (we didn’t!) and the condo is spotless with everything you might need! We will definitely be vacationing here again!

Had a wonderful time at the Long Beach condo. Ginny is an excellent Hostess and made our check-in easy. Enjoyed the beautiful view and sunsets from the huge balcony over looking the white sand Beach. The daily use of the lounge chairs & umbrella on the beach was an added bonus. Entire unit was very clean & comfortable.

To say the best part of this condo is watching the sunsets on the balcony is a disservice to the rest of the home. Every effort has been made by the owner to ensure their visitors feel comfortable and informed. It is decorated in a charming "relax, you're on gulf time" beachy theme. This condo was VERY well appointed - a great bed, new walk in shower, granite countertops, newer appliances, including washer and dryer in the condo, all the small appliances (coffee pot, toaster, crockpot) one might need, plenty of blankets, pillows, puzzles, games and books - absolutely everything the owners could think of is there to make your stay comfortable. Communication from the owner was excellent - They made sure we were aware of all condo policies before we arrived and left a binder on the countertop filled with information about the area and all sorts of contacts if there were any problems. Bob and Ginny also reached out via text before the visit, after arrival to make sure all was well and thanked us for staying after we left. If there were going to be issues, they were going to be on top of it! Long Beach is a wonderful resort - all condos appear to be ocean front and the balconies are much more private that you would expect. The resort has three pools and the free beach chairs were definitely a plus. (That may be a seasonal thing, so you will want to check the policy for the dates you visit.) All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend this condo.

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort for years and this was our first stay with Ginny and Bob. We were a bit worried after the one bad review from the gentleman that stayed right before our scheduled trip. I am not sure where he stayed but no way could it be #702. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was our best experience so far at this resort. The condo was clean, and very welcoming and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! This is the first one we have stayed at with the updated shower and it made it all even better. Ginny and Bob proved to be great hosts and we have already rebooked for 2024!

We had a wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort. The 7th floor has a great view. The balcony was the perfect seat for several dolphin shows.💕

Opened the door to a flooded kitchen! All the silverware was greasy! As well as pots and pans! Haid and dirty tissues in deawers! Had to wash everything first! Then got a text message upon arrival about mice eradication but now has bugs! Lived out of suitcases for a week! Appliances were filthy but was told housekeeping was there that day! Could have informed us before we went about mice and bugs and would've canceled! Indoor pics are very old because everything was faded and caked with dust! Wouldn't recommend! Owners did give us a partial refund however!

This was the best vacation to date! We are highly considering booking again because of how awesome everything was. Very clean, organized, great communication with the owner! Great view from balcony. Highly recommend booking!!

Ginny & Bob Great host & communications where very quick in response. There place was very open, lots of room to move around. Definitely would stay there again.

This is a great one bedroom condo. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! Refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer all worked perfectly. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Just what we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. Loved the condo! We have stayed at Long Beach numerous times and love it every time. We love all of the pools and hot tubs and close proximity to the beach. Only complaint was the loud crowds until after 3 am some nights on the beach.

The condo was beautiful. Everything was clean and cozy. The balcony was huge and you could not ask for a better view. Having the complementary beach chairs was a game changer. Not having to lug around chairs was fantastic and being able to go back and forth between the beach and pool without losing your spot was so nice; it made our vacation extra relaxing. Seth at the tiki hut hooked us up with the end chairs (we got super lucky with our timing). The condo is so close to Pineapple Willy’s we would just walk 2 seconds for a frozen drink to go. Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing time. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

Love staying at long Beach resort

Easy process, GREAT LOCATION! The place was nice and clean and the owners were great communicators. Even texted me up to the minute that check in was ready and quick to reply with a question I had which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back!

The seventh floor gulf view was amazing!!!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The balconies was fantastic. It was nice to hear the waves come in. The only downside side was when neighbors smoked in their deck it was overwhelming for us. The weather wasn’t very warm but we did walk by the two pools and hot tubs. One of the pools was heated. The hot tubs were a little small and filled fast. Pineapple Willies was a short walk with great food. When we checked in we didn’t have a parking pass. I called and left a voicemail that wasn’t received by owners until the next day. I did email and received a quick response to go to office in the morning and pick one up. We had terrible neighbors above us the first night playing music so loud when we first got in our room I thought there was a live band on the beach and came home from being out at 1:00am cranking the music, jumping around and yelling but thankfully they must have checked out the next day. The office Monday morning did give us the security number to call in case it happened again. Our overall stay was very nice 😀.

We had one of the best vacations at Long Beach. We spent our honeymoon here and the location was everything we could have asked for! The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view was to die for. We could not have booked through a better host. Bob and Ginny were amazing and very fast and getting back to us. All of our expectations were met and more.

We rented this property in March of 2022 & 2023 and will rent again if available. Very home like condo with great view. We really feel at home in this unit. I went into great detail in last year's review, so will keep this short and sweet. Find me in older review of April 2022 if you need more detail. The owners checked in to make sure everything was going well. Other than that no additional correspondence was required. My only suggestion would be to have the HOA discuss cleaning of the clothes dryer vents, to speed the laundry process. Thanks Bob & Ginny!

This condo is wonderful! Bed is comfy, living room is comfortable, both rooms have a great view of the ocean. Want to hear the waves as you sleep, just open the slider. Kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need. The owner is wonderfully responsive to your questions and needs. A+ place to stay.

Your home is very nice and the complex was very clean. Wonderful time.

Views were amazing! Just what we were looking for😊

This condo unit was perfect for our stay! The space was just right for the two of us and the view was “to die for.”. Very clean, which IS important and often hard to find. The balcony was a perfect place for morning coffee and to watch the sunset! The property has private entrance/path to the beach and the fast elevator makes getting to back and forth from your beach chairs ((provided) to condo unit is quick and stress free. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. There was even a bottle of wine to greet us!

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach, with a giant balcony overlooking the turquoise Atlantic waters. Everything was clean, and communication was great. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. We can't wait to go back!!

Just a quick get away ! Had a great time and the condo was great! The views were perfect from the living room and bedroom! Host was very responsive and kind. Hope to stay again soon!

This was our 5th visit to PCB, and by far the best yet. The property was the cleanest best kept we’ve seen. Staff on grounds greeted you whenever you passed them, it was always a smile and a greeting. The room has an amazing view, and is well kept and homey. Ginny made sure we had what we needed, and kept in contact making sure. I highly recommend this unit and property!! Thank you Ginny and Bob!

It was a wonderful stay every nice condos

The location and the condo were perfect for our needs. The beach was amazing and everything we needed was within walking distance. Only suggestion and it is the only suggestion is that the cleaner check the cleanliness’s of the wine glasses. There was lipstick on a wine glass and the top of the refrigerator needs to be wiped down. Other then that the condo was spotless and we loved it.

We had a great stay in this condo. Would definitely stay here again.
